At Our Wonderland of Creations, every item is handmade with love, just for you! Because many of our items are made specifically for each order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the damage or error

We’ll review your message and work quickly to make it right with a replacement or store credit if applicable.
