At Our Wonderland of Creations, every item is handmade with care and crafted just for you. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

📦 Processing Time

All of our items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–14 business days for us to process and create your item before it ships.

⏳ Items such as resin creations, wreaths, and other specialty products may take the full 14 business days due to curing time, drying, and design detail. We appreciate your patience — quality is always our priority!

🚛 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship within the United States via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail depending on weight).

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

💌 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

📍Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

❗Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other factors once your package has left our facility. However, if your order appears to be lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.

📦 Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
