At Our Wonderland of Creations, every item is made with care and created for real, everyday use. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

📦 Processing Time

All of our items are created after your order is placed. Processing time is typically 1–14 business days before your order ships.

⏳Items such as resin creations, wreaths, and other detailed pieces may take up to 14 business days due to curing time and design detail.

🚛 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship within the United States via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight).

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

💌 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

📍Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

❗Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the postal service or other factors are outside of our control. However, if your order appears to be lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.

📦 Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
